Your responsibilities as an owner
State and local regulations require all stormwater management systems to be inspected periodically and maintained as necessary to ensure performance and protect downstream receiving waters.
Inspection: The PerkFilter should be inspected periodically, typically twice yearly, and maintained as required.

Maintenance: In most cases, the optimum maintenance interval will be one to three years. Inspection and maintenance activities should be performed only during dry weather periods.

Filter Replacement: Recommended to be completed when the entire system is scheduled for maintenance.
